Once all information is received and letters are mailed out, you will start to receive letters from creditors, please disregard letters and do not speak to creditors over the phone. Do no not send back any information. Do not have your credit ran through the process. Please be patient, we will contact you after the 60 days is up to go over your report and the next steps. We do have an assistant and she will be reaching out to you if we need additional information. Every one end result will vary and we do not guarantee what your score will be upon removal of negative items .
